Urges the Baseball Writers' Association of America and the National Baseball Hall of Fame's Classic Baseball Era Committee to include Pete Rose on the next Hall of Fame ballot

Rose holds MLB records for most hits, at bats, and games played, and is the only player to play more than 500 games at five different positions

Career achievements include 17 All-Star selections, two Gold Gloves, Rookie of the Year, three batting titles, one MVP award, and three World Series championships

Rose was placed on MLB's permanent ineligible list on August 24, 1989, for gambling on baseball games, but was reinstated on May 13, 2025, making him eligible for Hall of Fame consideration

Directs the Clerk of the House to send copies of the resolution to MLB Commissioner Robert Manfred, the Baseball Writers' Association, the Hall of Fame, and Ohio news media
