Encourages students in grades 1-12 to read the U.S. Declaration of Independence in the classroom during the 2025-2026 school year to celebrate its 250th anniversary (July 4, 2026)

Encourages schools to provide formal classroom time for students to read and discuss the Declaration of Independence

References President Trump's Task Force 250, established to coordinate national celebrations of the 250th anniversary of American Independence

Directs the Clerk of the House to transmit copies of the resolution to the President, the Director of Education and Workforce, and Ohio news media

Non-binding concurrent resolution with no mandatory requirements or appropriations
