Rescinds the portion of Executive Order 2025-05D (issued October 8, 2025) that authorized the Ohio Department of Agriculture to amend rules 901:14-1-01 and 901:14-2-01 on an emergency basis

Rescinds the executive order's requirement that retailers remove all intoxicating hemp consumer products from public display

Rescinds the prohibition on selling or offering for sale intoxicating hemp products during the declared emergency

Rescinds the mandate requiring retailers to segregate and dispose of intoxicating hemp products through return to manufacturers, suppliers, or surrender to law enforcement/agriculture officials

Exercises the General Assembly's authority under Section 107.43 of the Revised Code to partially rescind emergency orders issued by statewide elected officers
