Authorizes a joint convention of the Ohio General Assembly on March 11, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. in the House Chambers of the Ohio Statehouse to receive Governor Mike DeWine's State of the State Address

Establishes a committee of 17 members (9 from the House of Representatives and 8 from the Senate) to formally wait upon the Governor before the address

Requires House rules and customs to be observed during the joint session

Directs the Clerk of the House to transmit authenticated copies of the resolution to Governor DeWine and Ohio news media
