Authorizes a joint convention of the Ohio House and Senate to be held March 10, 2026, at 12:00 p.m. in the House Chambers of the Ohio Statehouse

Reschedules the State of the State Address by Governor Mike DeWine, changing the date from one previously set by H.C.R. No. 36

Maintains the previously appointed committee of 9 House members and 8 Senate members to formally wait upon the Governor in anticipation of his address

Requires House rules and customs to be observed during the joint convention

Directs the Clerk of the House to transmit authenticated copies of the resolution to Governor DeWine and Ohio news media
