Proposes adding Section 23 to Article I of the Ohio Constitution, establishing hunting, fishing, and harvesting wildlife as constitutional rights to be "forever preserved for the public good"

Protects the use of traditional methods for hunting, fishing, and wildlife harvesting, subject only to General Assembly laws promoting wildlife conservation/management or preserving the future of hunting and fishing

Designates hunting and fishing as the "preferred means" of managing and controlling wildlife in Ohio

Preserves existing trespass and property rights laws, clarifying the amendment does not override landowner protections

Requires three-fifths approval from each legislative chamber to place on the November 4, 2025 general election ballot, with immediate effect upon voter approval
