Ohio General Assembly applies to Congress under Article V of the U.S. Constitution to call a limited national convention for proposing a constitutional amendment establishing term limits for members of Congress

The convention would be restricted exclusively to setting limits on the number of terms a person may serve in the U.S. House of Representatives and U.S. Senate

The application is designed to be aggregated with similar term limits applications from other states toward reaching the two-thirds threshold (34 states) required to compel Congress to call a convention

The application explicitly cannot be combined with applications on any other subject matter

The resolution remains a continuing application until at least two-thirds of state legislatures submit applications on the same subject
