Ohio House Resolution 138 honors Don Jones for completing four terms as a state representative serving the 95th House District

Jones represented Harrison, Noble, and Morgan counties, along with portions of Belmont, Guernsey, and Athens counties

Prior to legislative service, Jones worked as an agricultural education teacher and FFA Advisor at Harrison Central High School, and served as a volunteer firefighter and EMT with the Deersville Community Volunteer Fire Department

Jones served as majority whip under Speaker Robert Cupp and chaired the Natural Resources and Agriculture committees, while also serving on the Education (K-12) and Finance committees

Community involvement included serving as chairman of the South Central Power Foundation Board and membership on the Harrison County Agricultural Society, Soil and Water Conservation District, and Farm Bureau boards
