Recognizes the Kindland initiative, established in Ohio in 1994 by the Values-in-Action Foundation, which has served 8,000 schools and trained 2.8 million students nationwide

Encourages Ohio General Assembly members to perform one act of kindness daily from April 25th through December 31st (250 days)

Cites research showing kindness in schools improves learning, mental health, and sense of belonging while reducing absenteeism and violence

Directs the Clerk of the House to transmit copies of the resolution to Ohio news media
