Ohio House of Representatives honors Brooklyn Talley for winning first place in the 100-yard freestyle at the 2026 Division II State Meet with a time of 51.12 seconds

Talley, a freshman at Archbishop Carroll High School, also placed second in the 200-yard freestyle with a time of 1:50.83
