Amends Ohio Revised Code sections 303.21 and 519.21 to eliminate county and township authority to adopt zoning resolutions regulating agricultural land in platted subdivisions

Removes provisions that previously allowed local governments to regulate agriculture on lots of one acre or less, and to regulate building setbacks, height, and size on agricultural lots between one and five acres

Eliminates local authority to regulate dairying, animal husbandry, and poultry husbandry on lots between one and five acres in subdivisions where at least 35% of lots are developed

Preserves existing protections for farm markets, biodiesel/biomass energy production, biologically derived methane gas production, and agritourism from zoning prohibition

Maintains township authority to regulate the location of medical marijuana cultivators, processors, and retail dispensaries in unincorporated areas
