Amends Ohio Revised Code section 149.43 to prohibit state or local law enforcement agencies from charging fees to prepare or produce video public records when the requester is the individual depicted in the video, or their representative, spouse, parent, or child

Current law allows law enforcement agencies to charge up to $75 per hour of video produced, with a maximum of $750 total for video record requests

The fee prohibition applies to video records such as body-worn camera and dashboard camera recordings
