Prohibits private selling officers from being affiliated with or employed by the mortgagee, mortgage servicer, or their subsidiaries

Permits subsequent sale advertising through online methods instead of print newspapers, and allows sheriffs or private selling officers to use alternative newspapers or websites if the designated newspaper is unavailable
