Requires the Ohio Department of Education and Workforce to develop standards and a model curriculum on the "success sequence" for grades 6-12, teaching that completing high school, obtaining full-time work, and marrying before having children reduces likelihood of poverty

Mandates all school district boards of education provide instruction on the success sequence, integrated into existing required courses

Establishes a review committee including school board members and parents to review the standards, model curriculum, and instructional materials

Allows districts to use the state model curriculum or modify it as appropriate for their district

Requires all rules and curriculum to be consistent with evidence identified using best available research methods
