Requires all AI-generated products to include a distinctive watermark identifying them as AI-created, and prohibits removing such watermarks with intent to conceal AI origin, with civil penalties up to $10,000 for violations

Expands child pornography laws (sections 2907.321, 2907.322, 2907.323) to include "artificially generated depictions of minors," making AI-generated child sexual abuse material a second-degree felony with the same penalties as offenses involving actual minors

Creates new identity fraud offenses for using AI-generated "replicas" of a person's voice, image, or likeness to induce financial decisions, damage reputations, or create non-consensual sexual/nude imagery of adults

Defines "replica of a person's persona" as modified or fabricated versions of an individual's voice, photograph, image, or likeness created to appear authentic, including those produced by artificial intelligence

Provides civil causes of action for aggrieved parties and authorizes Attorney General enforcement, with collected penalties deposited into the consumer protection enforcement fund
