Creates a new "COSI" specialty license plate in Ohio to support the Center of Science and Industry (COSI) located in Columbus

Requires a $25 contribution for each plate application or renewal, deposited into the license plate contribution fund and paid to the Franklin County Historical Society

Funds received must be used to support COSI and COSI programs that inspire interest in science, technology, engineering, art, and mathematics (STEAM)

Includes an additional $10 administrative fee to compensate the Bureau of Motor Vehicles for issuing the specialty plates

License plate design will display a logo and words selected by COSI representatives and approved by the registrar of motor vehicles
