Creates a new "Play Golf Ohio" specialty license plate with a logo and design selected by the Northern Ohio PGA and Southern Ohio PGA golf foundations and approved by the registrar of motor vehicles

Requires a $25 contribution for each plate application and renewal, deposited into the state license plate contribution fund

Contributions collected will be split equally between the Northern Ohio PGA and Southern Ohio PGA golf foundations to support the goal of promoting golf throughout Ohio

Charges an additional $10 administrative fee deposited into the public safety - highway purposes fund to cover BMV costs for issuing the specialty plates

Amends Section 4501.21 to add the new plate to Ohio's existing specialty license plate program, which directs funds from various plates to designated charitable organizations
