Removes firearm mufflers and suppressors from Ohio's definition of "dangerous ordnance" under Section 2923.11 of the Revised Code

Eliminates the state requirement that hunters using suppressors must be authorized under state and federal laws and must have registered the suppressor under the National Firearms Act

Deletes the existing exemption in Section 2923.17 that allowed suppressor use only for hunting with proper federal registration, since suppressors would no longer be classified as dangerous ordnance

Allows holders of valid hunting licenses to use suppressors on authorized hunting firearms without additional state-level restrictions beyond federal law
