Creates a new "Equality Ohio" specialty license plate available for passenger cars, noncommercial motor vehicles, recreational vehicles, and other approved vehicle classes

Requires a $15 contribution per application or renewal, deposited into the license plate contribution fund, plus a $10 administrative fee for the Bureau of Motor Vehicles

Directs all contributions to Equality Ohio, which must use the funds to support the organization's activities and mission, including LGBTQ+ visibility and education

Adds Equality Ohio to the existing list of over 200 specialty license plates in Ohio's license plate contribution fund statute (Section 4501.21)

License plates will display a logo and words selected by Equality Ohio representatives and approved by the registrar of motor vehicles
