Expands Ohio's Address Confidentiality Program eligibility to include victims of crimes causing serious physical harm or death, and crimes involving threats with a deadly weapon, in addition to existing categories (domestic violence, stalking, human trafficking, trafficking in persons, rape, sexual battery)

Extends program eligibility to household members of victims, not just the direct victims themselves

Allows application assistants to serve household members of victims at agencies and organizations providing victim services

Amends sections 111.41, 111.42, and 111.99 of the Ohio Revised Code to incorporate the expanded victim categories throughout the program's definitions, application requirements, and penalty provisions

Maintains existing program structure where the Secretary of State provides participants with a substitute address, forwards mail, and keeps actual addresses confidential from public records
