Creates a "Law Enforcement Purple Heart" license plate available to any person awarded the law enforcement purple heart for passenger cars, noncommercial vehicles, recreational vehicles, motorcycles, or other approved vehicle classes

Waives all registration fees, service fees, and local motor vehicle license taxes for eligible applicants; special reserved plate requests require payment of 75% of the additional fee

Plates may be combined with the international symbol of access for applicants who qualify under disability provisions, requiring additional documentary evidence

Prohibits falsely claiming law enforcement purple heart recipient status to obtain plates, with violations constituting a fourth-degree misdemeanor

Requires plates to be replaced with standard plates when vehicle ownership transfers after the death of the eligible owner
