Authorizes pharmacists to screen, test, and treat influenza, strep throat (group A Streptococcus), COVID-19, respiratory syncytial virus, and other respiratory conditions specified by the State Board of Pharmacy

Permits pharmacists to order and administer CLIA-waived laboratory and diagnostic tests, and to initiate drug therapy for these conditions under a statewide protocol established by the Board of Pharmacy

Allows pharmacists to delegate technical and administrative screening/testing tasks to pharmacy interns, registered pharmacy technicians, or certified pharmacy technicians under direct supervision

Requires health insurers, health insuring corporations, sickness and accident insurers, and public employee benefit plans to reimburse pharmacists for these services at the same rate as other providers for equivalent services

Extends mandatory reimbursement requirements to the Medicaid program and Medicaid managed care system for pharmacist-provided health care services
