Requires the Registrar of Motor Vehicles and deputy registrars to ask each in-person customer whether they want a check for unclaimed funds under Chapter 169 of the Revised Code

If requested, staff must search for unclaimed funds using the person's name and other available information, then inform the customer of the results

Staff must offer to assist customers with submitting claims for any unclaimed funds discovered and help complete the submission process upon request

The Registrar, working with the Director of Commerce, may adopt policies, procedures, and forms necessary to implement these requirements
