Prohibits sale of intoxicating hemp products in forms attractive to children, including shapes resembling humans, animals, fruit, or cartoon characters

Establishes criminal penalties: fifth-degree felony for recklessly selling to minors, first-degree misdemeanor for selling child-attractive products
