Requires nursing homes and residential care facilities to maintain compliance records for each nurse aide's dementia training

Authorizes the Director of Health to impose fines, require corrective action plans, or revoke facility licenses for violations of the dementia training requirements, with implementation beginning 180 days after the effective date
