Adds certified nurse practitioners and physician assistants to the list of practitioners exempt from radiation technician licensing requirements, alongside physicians, podiatrists, mechanotherapists, and chiropractors

Expands who can provide direct supervision of general x-ray machine operators to include certified nurse practitioners and physician assistants

Creates a new pathway for general x-ray machine operator licensure by passing the anatomy modules examination from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists for a limited scope of practice in radiology

Clarifies that registered nurses who are also certified nurse practitioners are not subject to supervision requirements when performing radiologic procedures

Amends Ohio Revised Code sections 4773.01, 4773.02, 4773.03, and 4773.06 to add statutory definitions for "certified nurse practitioner" and "physician assistant"
