Adds "elected official" to the definition of "designated public service worker" in Ohio's Public Records Law, extending existing privacy protections for public employees to all elected and appointed officials at state and local levels

Prohibits disclosure of elected officials' residential addresses, family members' personal information, work schedules, and other sensitive data that is already protected for other designated public service workers like police officers, firefighters, and prosecutors

Creates a special process for journalists to request an elected official's residence address, requiring in-person appearance, completion of a detailed request form explaining the public interest, presentation of government ID, and notification to the elected official within three business days of any disclosure

Applies the same protections to voter registration records held by boards of elections, requiring redaction of elected officials' designated public service worker residential and familial information upon request

Amends three sections of the Ohio Revised Code (149.43, 3503.13, and 3503.153) to implement these protections across public records and voter registration databases
