Classifies failure to disclose credit card surcharges as an unfair and deceptive practice under Ohio's Consumer Sales Practices Act (Section 1345.02)

Grants the Attorney General full enforcement powers under Sections 1345.01 to 1345.13 of the Revised Code to address violations

Provides consumers with the same remedies available under Section 1345.09 for other unfair or deceptive practices to address disclosure failures
