Creates a new "Dayton Dragons" specialty license plate in Ohio, with the design logo and words to be selected by Dayton Dragons representatives and approved by the registrar of motor vehicles

Requires a $25 contribution per plate application, deposited into the state treasury's license plate contribution fund, with proceeds paid to the Dayton Dragons for their Dayton Dragons Foundation program

Charges an additional $10 administrative fee per plate to compensate the Bureau of Motor Vehicles for issuing the specialty plates, deposited into the public safety - highway purposes fund

Plates are available for passenger cars, noncommercial motor vehicles, recreational vehicles, and other approved vehicle classes, and may be combined with special reserved plate requests
