Adds the Ohio Inspector General and deputy Inspector General to the statutory definition of "peace officer" in sections 109.71, 109.77, 121.483, and 2935.01 of the Ohio Revised Code

Grants peace officer status and arrest authority only while the Inspector General or deputy is engaged in official duties under sections 121.42 to 121.52 (the Inspector General's investigative authority)

Requires the Inspector General and deputy Inspector General to complete an approved peace officer basic training program and receive certification from the Ohio Peace Officer Training Commission

Updates terminology throughout the amended sections, changing "department of mental health and addiction services" to "behavioral health"
