Requires benefactors to first notify the Attorney General's charitable law section in writing of violations, then wait 180 days for resolution before filing a private lawsuit

Limits available remedies to declaratory and equitable relief only—plaintiffs cannot seek monetary damages, court costs, or attorney's fees

Establishes a 6-year statute of limitations from discovery of the breach, with a 210-day extension if the Attorney General is notified during the sixth year

Applies to endowment funds established after the effective date, and to breaches occurring after the effective date for pre-existing funds
