Bans the distribution, sale, or offering for sale of force-fed products, including foie gras, magret, confit, pâté, fattened carcasses, rendered fats, feathers, and down

First-time violators receive a written warning from the Director of Agriculture

Subsequent violations carry a civil penalty of up to $100 per offense, with each day of violation counting as a separate offense

Violators may appeal civil penalty assessments under Chapter 119 of the Revised Code
