Sets license fees at $305 for initial application and renewal, $405 for reinstatement, and $505 for restoration, with two-year license terms

Authorizes licensed naturopaths to perform physical and lab examinations, order diagnostic imaging, and administer naturopathic therapies including botanicals, homeopathic medicines, vitamins, supplements, and hydrotherapy, but prohibits them from prescribing prescription drugs, performing surgery, or practicing as other licensed health professionals

Establishes grounds for disciplinary action including fraud, departure from standards of care, criminal convictions, and impairment, with violations of unlicensed practice constituting a fifth-degree felony for first offense and fourth-degree felony for subsequent offenses
