Director of Commerce must create a veterans' benefits and services poster in consultation with the Director of Veterans Services, covering topics including VA crisis line contact information, substance abuse and mental health treatment, educational and workforce resources, tax benefits, and legal services

Poster must include information about the armed forces designation available on Ohio driver's licenses and identification cards, as well as unemployment benefits eligibility under state and federal law

Ohio employers may voluntarily display the poster in a conspicuous location accessible to all employees where the largest number of employees frequent

Director of Commerce is required to provide copies of the poster free of charge to employers upon request
