Creates an Election Integrity Unit within the Ohio Secretary of State's Office to investigate allegations of election fraud and voter suppression, with authority to administer oaths, issue subpoenas, and compel production of evidence

Allows the public to submit election fraud and voter suppression allegations directly to the unit, which can also initiate investigations independently

Requires the unit to refer investigated allegations to prosecutors, law enforcement, or state/federal agencies for further investigation or prosecution

Mandates prosecuting attorneys act on referrals within one year by either prosecuting or providing written explanation for declining; if declined, the unit may refer cases to the Attorney General

Requires annual reporting to the Governor and General Assembly by January 15, detailing number of allegations received, investigated, and referred, plus status of each case by county
