For-profit barber schools and cosmetology schools must disclose their for-profit status on websites, promotional materials, and contracts for instruction

Third-party advertisements for any covered for-profit school or institution must include the disclosure "A FOR-PROFIT BUSINESS IN THE STATE OF OHIO" in text as large as other advertisement content

The Department of Education and Workforce, State Board of Career Colleges and Schools, and State Cosmetology and Barber Board are each required to adopt rules implementing these disclosure requirements
