Allows minors under 16 to work until 9 p.m. year-round with parental or guardian approval, extending beyond the previous 7 p.m. limit during the school year

Requires a parent or guardian-signed "minor work hour notification form" as part of the age and schooling certificate application process

Directs the Director of Commerce to create and make publicly available the minor work hour notification form detailing permissible work hours under Ohio law

Maintains existing restrictions: no work before 7 a.m., maximum 3 hours on school days, 18 hours per week during school, 8 hours on non-school days, and 40 hours per week when school is not in session
