Requires pass-through of child support payments to Ohio Works First (OWF) assistance groups: $100/month for families with one child, $200/month for families with two or more children

Child support payments passed through to families are disregarded as income when determining OWF eligibility and benefit amounts

Amends Ohio Revised Code sections 5107.05, 5107.10, and 5107.20 to implement the child support pass-through policy

Substantive provisions take effect 18 months after the bill's effective date to allow for implementation
