Amends Ohio Revised Code section 149.43 to add "election official" to the list of "designated public service workers" whose residential and familial information is protected from public records disclosure

Defines "election official" using the existing definition in section 3501.01 of the Revised Code, but explicitly excludes precinct election officials and temporary or part-time employees of boards of elections

Protected information for election officials includes home address, social security number, phone numbers, bank account information, medical information, and similar personal details of the official and their family members

The change places election officials in the same protected category as peace officers, judges, prosecutors, firefighters, EMTs, and other public service workers who face potential safety risks due to their positions
