Requires property conveyance statements to include affirmations from both grantors and grantees regarding whether they are prohibited from acquiring protected property under the law

Mandates divestment of protected property within two years for persons who become subject to restrictions, with county sheriffs investigating violations and county prosecutors pursuing enforcement through court proceedings

Authorizes courts to order forced sale of property acquired in violation, with proceeds distributed to court costs, lienholders, and county general funds
