Amends Ohio Revised Code section 4511.451 to impose a fine of two times the usual amount for drivers who fail to yield the right of way to a funeral procession

Existing law requires pedestrians and vehicle operators to yield to funeral processions, which must display lighted headlights and purple/white or orange/white pennants

Base violation remains a minor misdemeanor, escalating to a fourth-degree misdemeanor with one prior traffic offense within a year, or third-degree misdemeanor with two or more prior offenses

Additional fines under section 4511.991 apply if the offender was distracted and that distraction contributed to the violation
