Urges the Governor and U.S. Congress to invest resources in increasing grid diversification and site security to protect state and national electric grids against natural and man-made threats

Calls on the Ohio General Assembly to consider adopting legislation similar to New Jersey's "Microgrid Pilot Program Act" to improve grid diversity and security

Notes that recommendations from the Government Accountability Office and federal Executive Orders regarding electric grid security have not been implemented

Directs copies of the resolution be sent to the Governor, U.S. Congress leadership, Public Utilities Commission of Ohio, state agency directors, and major Ohio electric utilities (Duke Energy, AEP, AES Corporation, First Energy)
