Urges the President of the United States to support Ohio's request to implement work requirements for certain Medicaid recipients through a Section 1115 demonstration waiver

Would require adult Medicaid expansion beneficiaries ages 19-49 to participate in and report 80 hours per month of qualifying activities such as employment, education, or job skills training to maintain eligibility

Ohio originally submitted the waiver application in April 2018, received CMS approval in March 2019, but CMS withdrew approval in August 2021 before implementation

H.B. 33 of the 135th General Assembly required the Medicaid Director to submit a new waiver application to CMS between February 1, 2025 and March 1, 2025

Directs the Clerk of the Senate to transmit copies of the resolution to the President, CMS Administrator, Ohio Congressional delegation, and Ohio news media
