Proposes amending the Ohio Constitution to increase the General Assembly from 99 representatives and 33 senators to 153 representatives and 51 senators, effective January 1, 2033

Requires voter approval at the November 3, 2026 general election, with three-fifths of each legislative chamber concurring to place the measure on the ballot

Establishes a transition schedule where 17 current senators continue serving through December 31, 2034, while 34 new senators are elected in 2032 (26 to four-year terms, 8 to two-year terms)

Specifies that a two-year senate term served during the transition period does not count toward term limits

Updates redistricting provisions in Article XI to reflect the new legislative membership numbers while maintaining existing requirements for district population equality and contiguity
