Proposes adding Section 23 to Article I of the Ohio Constitution, establishing hunting, fishing, and harvesting wildlife as a constitutional right to be "forever preserved for the public good"

Protects the use of traditional methods for hunting, fishing, and wildlife harvesting, subject only to laws and rules enacted by the General Assembly

General Assembly may only regulate these activities to promote wildlife conservation/management or preserve the future of hunting and fishing

Designates hunting and fishing as the preferred means of managing and controlling wildlife in Ohio

Requires three-fifths approval from each legislative chamber, then majority voter approval at the November 3, 2026 general election to take effect immediately; does not limit existing trespass or property rights laws
