The Harbor Heritage Society initially operated the vessel until the Great Lakes Science Center acquired it in 2006

The ship serves as a museum preserving Cleveland's manufacturing legacy, housing period artifacts and educational exhibitions including "Steam and Steel: Propelling the Future of the Great Lakes"

The Clerk of the Senate is directed to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to the Great Lakes Science Center
