Authorizes the Western Ohio National Speech and Debate Association to use the Ohio Senate Chamber and hearing rooms on March 15, 2025 for its Congressional Debate Tournament

Permits students to conduct mock legislative debates in the actual legislative setting, following rules and procedures similar to the state legislature

Use of facilities is contingent upon availability

Directs the Clerk of the Senate to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to the Western Ohio National Speech and Debate Association
