Ohio Senate resolution honoring Kathleen A. Luikart upon her retirement after more than 40 years of service to the Ohio Legislative Service Commission

Luikart began her career in 1979 as an LSC intern assigned to the Ohio Senate, became a fiscal analyst for the Legislative Budget Office in 1980, and rejoined LSC as a research analyst in 1983

Recognized as an expert in utilities and energy law who mentored numerous legislative employees, trained new staff, maintained "A Guidebook for Ohio Legislators," and organized the biennial New Member Orientation Program

Sponsored by Senator DeMora with all 32 other senators as cosponsors, demonstrating unanimous support

Directs the Clerk of the Senate to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to Kathleen A. Luikart
