Authorizes the Ohio Speech and Debate Association to use the Ohio Senate Chamber on March 21, 2026, for the National Speech and Debate Association Western Ohio District Qualifying Tournament

Permission is contingent upon the availability of the Senate Chamber facility

Directs the Clerk of the Senate to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to the Ohio Speech and Debate Association
