The chapter was founded in 1900 and has served Lancaster, Ohio and surrounding areas through initiatives supporting veterans, preservation, education, and patriotism

Sponsored by Senator Schaffer and adopted by the Ohio Senate during the 136th General Assembly (2025-2026 session)

Directs the Clerk of the Senate to transmit an authenticated copy of the resolution to the chapter
